Timekeeper rate review must be enabled in Tracker (by a Company System Admin). If it has been:
- Mouse over the Navigation Panel, click Financial, then Rates, and select Rate Sheet Intake.
- Select Upload a file or Create online, then click Next;
- To upload a file, locate the file you wish to upload, select the specific file type, set the effective date and then click Next;
o Preview the file, then hit Next again;
o Click Submit to post the rate sheet;
- To create online, either choose Autofill the rate sheet with current default and matter-specific rates or select Create an empty rate sheet, followed by create rate sheet;
o Enter in the Timekeeper information, making sure to complete each required field;
o Preview the rate sheet to check for any duplicate or missing timekeepers, then click Next;
o Click Submit to post the rate sheet
