Company System Administrators or AP Route Managers can download a previously run AP Batch by following these steps:
- Click on the Financial button.
- Click on the AP Exchange tab.
- Under the top section, Download AP Batch, select the appropriate route name, batch ID, and the file format button to download the relevant files.

In the Updated UI, Company System Administrators or AP Route Managers can download a previously run AP Batch by following these steps:
- Mouse over the Navigation Panel
- Click on Financial, and then Click AP Exchange
- Under the top section, Download AP Batch, select the appropriate route name, batch ID, and the file format button to download the relevant files.
