Company System Administrators may remove a custom field from a matter by following the steps below:
- Mouse over the Navigation Panel and click Settings
- Click Matter Types (Templates) & Matter Setup
- Click the hyperlinked name of the Matter Type (Template) you want to edit
- Scroll down to the Custom Field Options section.
- Uncheck "Use" next to the relevant field
- To save the changes click Save & Close
