To deactivate/reactivate a Matter Type (Template):
- Mouse over the Navigation Panel and click Settings
- Click Matter Types (Templates) & Matter Setup
- To deactivate a Matter Type (Template), click its hyperlinked name. To activate a Matter Type (Template), select "Both Active/Inactive" from the dropdown list at the top of the page, and then click the Change View button. Deactivated Matter Types will be shown with a strikethrough.
- Check or uncheck the "Active" checkbox field to deactivate or activate a Matter Type (Template)
- Click Save & Close
