- Mouse over the Navigation Panel, click Matters then Matter List. In the view selector list, select All Closed Matters I Can Access, and then click "Change View".
- Click the name of the relevant matter to open the matter profile.
- Click Reopen.
Note: Only a Company Matter Administrator may reopen a closed Matter.
