Budget functionality is shut off and the AFA is tracked based on the amounts of matter lifetime fees and expenses. The budget tab will change to reflect that AFA. The Total Matter Costs section appears at the top of the Budget/Fees page in the matter and the cards for each firm with an AFA on the matter will also appear on the page.
