To create a Legal Hold Matter in Tracker:
· Mouse over the Navigation Panel and click Matters, then Matter List
· Click Create New Matter
· In the Matter Options, check the box next to “Create Linked Legal Hold Matter.”
· Complete the remaining required information. Click Save & Close
A Legal Hold can also be added to an existing Matter by clicking “Add” on the Legal Holds tab on the existing Matter.
