1. Mouse over the Navigation Panel, and click Users.
2. Click User List.
3. Change the second pull-down at the top of the screen to view Inactive Users and select Change View.
4. Find the user in the list, and click [edit] next to the user’s name.
5. Check the box in the Active field.
6. Click Save & Close.
