The Billing Guideline Reviewer is an optional first approver on an invoice approval route that has flexible responsiblities. Most often, the Billing Guideline Reviewer role can be used as way to quickly screen invoices that should be rejected back to firms or to ensure that your billing guidelines have been followed prior to review by later approvers on your invoice approval route.
