The setting that determines whether outside counsel evaluations appear on a matter is determined by the matter type template associated with that matter. A tracker coordinator or company system administrator can edit the template to remove the requirement from all matters associated with that template. After the requirement is removed from the template, all open matters associated with the template will automatically be updated and will no longer require outside counsel evaluations.
