Yes, in addition to recorded tutorials, live training is available for law firm users. Law firm users can access this training by clicking on the Question Mark icon on any page in Tracker. In the new window that opens, law firm users can click on Tutorials and Training and selecting scheduled Training Sessions. Law firms users can then register for the session of their choice.
