- Enter a template.
- Check the Apply Conditional Fields checkbox towards the top of the template.
- A new Conditional Fields section will appear under in the template, immediately following Setup Options.
- Choose from two Actions when adding a field to Conditional Fields:
- Add: limits the values available for selection for a field to the values chosen here.
- If: creates an if/then condition which allows users to set additional conditions based on the selection of a value for a field.
- Click Save & Close
