When providing a budget, the user editing the budget is required to provide an explanation of your changes to the budget. This is the recommended location to provide any comments, descriptions, or notes regarding the budget. When looking at a budget, the information input into the 'Provide an explanation of your changes to the budget' field will appear under 'Revision Comments." This field can be added to reports using the 'Budget Comment' field in report builder.
