If your client has enabled the timekeeper rate review, you will have the Timekeepers tab under the Billing button. The firm has two options for submitting a timekeeper rate sheet: create a rate sheet directly in Tracker or create a rate sheet file in another software program, such as Excel, and then upload the file to Tracker. Please note that only firm users with system roles of firm administrator, firm office administrator, or firm user + billing will be able to post the rate sheet.
