For a firm, the individual listed at the bottom of the screen is generally the Firm Administrator.
To change the Firm Administrator:
1. Mouse over the Navigation Panel, click Users then Firm Profile.
2. Click Edit Firm Profile.
3. In the Firm Setup section, click the Select button and choose the individual who should be in this role by either searching by name or by choosing from a list of firm users.
4. Click Save & Close
Note: If the person displayed at the bottom of the screen is the Office System Administrator rather than the Firm Administrator, the Office System Administrator will need to be changed. To edit the Office System Administrator, mouse over the Navigation Panel click Users and Office List, select the office you wish to edit and click Edit the Office Profile. Choose a new Office System Administrator by following the remaining steps for replacing the Firm Administrator. Only the current Firm Administrator can change the Firm Administrator and Office Administrator roles. The Office Administrator can change the Office Administrator role.
