If a client has uploaded invoice payment information in Tracker, firm users can check this information either by viewing the Invoice Profile page (payment status if any is displayed in the header section of the invoice) or by running the Invoices Report. However, because clients are not required to upload payment related information in Tracker, if the invoice profile or report do no show any payment related information, the firm should contact their client directly.
