The firm will need to verify that they have access to the matter they are trying to bill to. They will need to sign into Tracker, click into the relevant client database, mouse over the Navigation Panel and click Billing, and then the Post Invoices tab. If the firm does not see the matter for which they tried to bill in the list of matters available for billing, they will need to reach out to the client to gain acces to bill to that matter.
