Yes, if the client has uploaded Billing Guidelines that contain invoicing requirements into Tracker. In that case, the link to download the guidelines would be at the bottom on any page in Tracker. If not, the firm should contact the client directly to inquire whether or not non-LEDES invoices will be accepted.
