If a client has uploaded invoice payment information in Tracker, firm users can check this information either by viewing the Invoice Profile or by running the Invoices Report. However, because clients are not required to upload payment related information in Tracker, if the invoice profile or report do no show any payment related information, the firm should contact their client directly.
