If the current Firm Administrator is still employed with the firm, but no longer wants to be responsible for administering Legal Tracker, they must log-in and make the change to a new Lead and/or Backup System Administrator.
Instructions:
1. Mouse over the Navigation Panel, click Users then Firm Profile.
2. Click Edit Firm Profile.
3. Under Firm Setup, next to Lead System Administrator and/or Backup System Administrator, click Select... to choose a new user.
4. Click Save & Close.
If the Firm Administrator is no longer employed by the firm, a partner, owner, or director in the firm will need to request the change in writing, using the following language: "I authorize that I am a Partner, Owner, or Director of (INSERT NAME OF ORGANIZATION). As the current Lead System Administrator listed on our Legal Tracker profile is no longer employed by our organization I request that you change the role of Lead System Administrator to (INSERT NAME OF NEW ADMINISTRATOR)." The partner, owner, or director will need to include their name and title in the request.
