For Unbilled Amounts Tracker will send the email notifications to the Primary and Backup Billing Contact, the two additional All Matter Access users, and firm's Lead and Backup System Administrators. These recepients are non-configurable. To view the names of these users, Mouse over the Navigation Panel, click the Users and then click Firms - the users are listed on the firm profile. If unbilled amounts are required, the notifications are sent on the Firm Input Start Date; if unbilled amounts have not been entered by the Reminder Norification Date, a second email is sent on that day. To view these days, check the Accruals Calendar of Events.
