Report only access is configured within a users administrative profile and is only available for company users. If the company user already exists, then you can simply search for the user, (using the Quick Search box in the upper right corner of the page) and click 'Edit' to the left of their name to edit their administrative profile. If you're creating a new user, then you are already in their administrative profile. Once you are viewing their admin profile, under the Special Matter Access and Report Access Privileges section, changing that option to Yes, will expand and display an Access Authority drop-down menu. One of the options in that menu is 'Report Access Only'. You can then determine what Orgizational Unit(s) or Practice Group(s) they can/should see. Note that choosing 'all' for either option will grant them access to all matters in your database. For example, if you select All Organizational Units, you do not need to make a selection for the Practice Group.
