If you are attempting to add a company user, check to see if their user and/or email address is in your Inactive User list. If you are attempting to add a firm user, you can also check that firms inactive user list. Click on the Users button, and then click on the Users tab. The first drop-down menu will allow you to choose either all company users or select the name of the firm in question. Then, change the second drop-down menu to Inactive Users and look for the email address.
