- Mouse over the Navigation Pansel, and click on the person icon, and then click Preferences.
- Under Delegates,click Select next to an empty delegate field. Users can have up to five named delegates.
- Search for a delegate by name and click select next to the person. If the user is not listed, contact your company's Tracker Coordinator and request the user be given a Tracker user account.
- Choose the rights you want to delegate. You can choose from matter access, invoice approval, financial review, and time entry,
- Click Save & Close.
