If you are a company system administrator, you can remove their ability to use Matter Upload and access Analytics by editing their user profile. Otherwise, the only way to limit their access without changing their system role is to deactivate the user. Company system administrators have full access to all matters and all setup pages. They also have privileges to do nearly everything in the system. This system role should be used as sparingly as possible. For example, if a user needs access to all matters, you could create the user as a "Co. User", "Matter Creator", or "Co. Office Administrator" and then grant them special matter access to all matters on the system.
