The following steps outline how to retrieve your OnePass username and reset your OnePass password.
Go to Tracker's OnePass Sign-In Page (click link or paste URL into browser: https://signon.thomsonreuters.com/?productid=TRACKR). Click "Forgot username", bringing you to the forgot username page. Enter your Email Address and click "Continue" to be emailed you username. NOTE: an email will only be sent if the email address you enter matches the email address of an existing OnePass account. Click "Return To Serengeti Tracker" to return to Tracker's OnePass Sign-In Page. Retrieve your username from the email just sent from west.onepass@thomsonreuters.com; enter your Username and Password; click "Sign In.
