If you are a Company System Administator, you can reset a user's password. Mouse over the Navigation Panel, click Users then User List. Find the user whose password you want to reset and click Edit under Admin Profile.The User Administrative Profile will open, and under the Ellipsies icon, click Reset Password. Click OK to in the confirmation message. Note: To find the user, you may need to change the View Selector (the drop down menu at the top of the page) to select the type of user, and then click the Change View button.
Note: For companies with OnePass authentication enabled, company and firm administators cannot reset OnePass passwords for their respective users as each user can reset their password by folloing the Forgot my password link on the OnePass sign-in page.
