It depends, as the billing period end date on the invoice will dictate the effective date of timekeeper rate for audit purposes. If the approved audit occurs on an invoice that has a billing period end date after the effective date of the rate sheet, the audited rate will control on any invoice with a billing period end date after the end date on the audited invoice. If the approved audit occurs on an invoice with a billing period end date prior to the effective date on the rate sheet, the rate on the rate sheet will continue to be effective on invoices with a billing period end date occuring after the effective date on the rate sheet.
