While you cannot delegate rate review, the timekeeper rate module provides the ability to assign pending rates to other company users within your database for approval. Only named timekeeper rate reviewers can assign pending rates to other users. Clicking on Assign Reviewer under the drop down menu brings up a list of all active company users. Clicking on Select next to the users name then assigns the pending rate to that user. Note that this action does not remove the timekeeper row from a timekeeper rate reviewer’s page in case you need to change or remove the assigned reviewer. Once you assign a rate to another user – that person’s name will appear under the accept menu. Assigned rate reviewers will see the dashboard alert and will also have access to the pending rates page, but assigned rate reviewers will only see the rates they have been assigned.
