Only your Tracker Coordinator and Backup Tracker Coordinator can save changes to a Matter Type Template:
-ModifyMatterCategorySetupOptions.htm
- Mouse over the Navigation Panel and click Settings.
- Under Matters Setup, click Matter Types (Templates) & Matter Setup.
- Click the name of the template you want to edit. Read the Important Information About Moditying a Mater Type (Template) at the top of the page.
- Make the changes you want to see on the template; to include a field in your template, check the Use box adjacent to the field and select the Required of setting that makes sense for that field.
- Click Save & Close.
