Your report results may differ from your colleague's if you have different matter access and or different search criteria. If the search criteria is the same, it is likely matter access. For example, if you are a company user and have access to three matters, but your colleague is a Co. Sys. Admin. with access to all matters; the report may be the same (and even shared), however the results will be different because you do not have access to the same underlying information.
