After you have created the report, you have the option of saving the criteria for re-use. Once you save it, you can share it with others. Click Save Report As to save the report criteria as a new report. However, if you are editing the criteria of an existing Personal Report (or a Company Report if you are a Company System Administrator), you also have the option to save the new criteria and overwrite the existing report.
