You will need to save the report either as a "My Report" or a Company report. To save the report, click the Edit button next to the report in question and then click the Save Report As button at the bottom of the report criteria. You will need to name the report and select where you want to save it (Personal Report or Company Report), and then click Save & Close. Note as this is a new report, deactivating the other user profile will remove the original report but not your saved report.
