To add a detail row, you will need to ensure that your report layout is either Tabular: Standard + Detailed Rows or Tabular: Stacked + Detailed Rows. The layout dropdown is above the custom name column. Once a Detailed Rows layout is selected from the drop down, you will click the Add Fields button under Detail Rows to select the appropriate column.
