The Inactive Matters report allows you to identify matters that have not had certain types of activity for a specified period of time. This is a preconfigured report.
To access the report mouse over the Navigation Panel click Reports then Matters List. Click the Inactive Matters link. Complete Step 2 by adding any filters you deem necessary (optional) and completing the No Activity Since date. Once done, click Run to generate your results. Please note that the Inactive Matters Report allows you to select all activity types or one activity type but selecting a combination of types does not work.
