When running a report, company users will only receive results for matters to which they have been granted access. This maintains the system security that prevents users from accessing privileged matter information via reports unless they are expressly authorized to do so. Please note that a user's system role, report access, or Special Matter Access may grant or limit a user's access to report data. For example, a Company System Administrator will have access to all matters in the system, but a Company User who has had their report access restricted may be limited to seeing only certain information.
