Only a matter administrator can remove them from a matter. Company matter administrators can remove any user from the matter (whether a company user or a firm user). Firm matter administrators can only remove users from the same firm.
To remove a matter participant:
1. Access the applicable matter and click the Participants tab.
2. In the Matter Role column, click the matter role hyperlink of the participant.
3. In the Role drop-down list, select No Matter Access.
4. Click Save & Close.
