Company users cannot move invoices under the following circumstances:
1. An invoice has been fully approved.
2. An invoice has been changed or reduced by another user.
3. An invoice cannot be moved to a matter in which the law firm has incomplete tasks.
4. An invoice cannot be moved to an accrual matter during the company review period.
5. An invoice cannot be moved to a consolidated billing matter.
6. An invoice cannot be moved to matter that does not have the billing firm as a participant.
