Undoing approval will cancel your approval and bring the invoice back to your pending invoices queue. In contrast, a reversal can only occur when an invoice has been fully approved. Reversing an invoice in Tracker will create a new memo entry with the existing invoice number followed by -Reversal. This effectively cancels out the amount of the original invoice.
