You can make an internal comment on an invoice, which will never be seen by the law firm, but this will be seen by all company users:
1. At the top of any tabbed invoicing page, in the shaded header section, click Show/Add Comments. The Comments window opens.
2. In the Comment box next to your name, type by comments to other company users.
3. Click Save & Close.
