Companies may only change the custom name of a firm by mousing over the Navigation Panel clicking Users and then Firms List. Click the name of the firm you'd like to edit, and click Edit Firm Profile. Make the necessary changes and then click Save & Close. Note: Law Firm Administrators have the authority to edit the firm profile and chang the firm name on their end.
