To create a new date or event type:
1. Mouse over the Navigation Panel and click Settings
2.Under the Matters Setup section, click the Date/Event Types link. The screen will show the existing values in the picklist.
3. On the Actions menu, click New Values
4. On the next screen, fill in the scroll box and once the appropriate values are entered, click Save & Close. Please note that you can only put one value per line.
