A company budget is one option for generating a Departmental Budget. When the Departmental Budgets/Reforecasts module is enabled, companies can either base their Departmental Budget and Reforecasts on the Law Firm Matter Budget, or they can internally generate a Company Budget, which is hidden from the law firms.
