No, budget and task code alert amounts are set independently of each other as budgets span a specific time period and task code alerts span the life of the matter. If a budget alert is cleared this will have no impact on the task code alerts. However, clearing a task code alert may affect a budget in that reducing an item to the task code limit could bring spending within the budget.
