The remaining accrual balance for the prior fiscal year is any remaining accrual balance accrued for the last accrual period of the previous fiscal year. As an example, if the last accrual for the prior fiscal year was run in December, then the remaining accrual balance for the prior fiscal year would be the remaining accrual balance in the accrual report for December of the prior year.
