Any company user with Matter Administrator or Matter Editor access will receive accrual review email notifications as long as accruals settings have been configured so that company users receive alerts. For law firm users, the accrual announcement and reminder emails are sent to the Lead and Backup System Administrator, the Primary and Backup Billing Contact, and the two additional all matter access users. The firm users occupying these roles can be located on the firm's profile.
