Any company system administorator can deactivate an existing AP route by following the steps below. Please note that deactivating an AP route that is on pending invoices will prevent invoices from being delivered to Accounts Payable through Tracker.

- Go to the System Setup (gear icon in the upper right hand corner on any page in Tracker).
- Click AP Route Configuration under the AP Data Exchange Setup section.
- In Step 3: Routing click on the AP route name to deactivate.
- Uncheck the Active box.
- Click Save & Close under the Actions menu.

In the Updated UI, any company system administorator can deactivate an existing AP route by following the steps below. Please note that deactivating an AP route that is on pending invoices will prevent invoices from being delivered to Accounts Payable through Tracker.
- Mouse over the Navigation Panel and click Settings.
- Click AP Route Configuration under the Accounting and A/P Settings section.
- In Step 3: Routing click on the AP route name to deactivate.
- Uncheck the Active box.
- Click Save & Close
