ACCOUNTS PAYABLE: How do I create a new AP route?

Any company system administorator can create a new AP Route by following the steps below:

Go to the System Setup (gear icon in the upper right hand corner on any page in Tracker).
Click AP Route Configuration under the AP Data Exchange Setup section
Under Step 3: Routing, click Create new AP Route hyperlink - that will open a new page
In Step 3A: General Options, fill out all required fields (marked by an adjacent <<), as well as Office Vendor Numbers if required.
In Step 3B: Scheduling Options select the schedule for automatic AP batch runs if automation is enabled.
In Step 3C: Delivery Options select the the Manual Download or Advanced Options radio button; if you select Advanced Options, you must select one of the following choices - Email, SFTP (if SFTP connections are configured), or Automated Transfer (Web Service).
Under AP Route Managers select AP Route Manager(s); if you selected Email above, you'll have the option to send AP batches to additional recipients as well by entering their email addresses.
Click Save & Close under the Actions menu.
