You can download the audit history as a proof that batches have been run. To get the audit history, go to the Financial button, click on the AP Exchange tab, and then click Download Audit History under the Actions menu.

In the Updated UI, you can download the audit history as a proof that batches have been run. To get the audit history, mouse over the Navigation Panel, click on Financial and click AP Exchange, and then click Download Log.
