Once an accounting code type is made inactive, that accounting code field will no longer be visible for data entry on any matter or invoice. Additionally, the field will be removed from all existing matters and invoices. If an Accounting Code is required on the AP Spreadsheet, the column must be removed from the AP Spreadsheet format before it can be removed.
